Application

Applicable to villa and low-rise building exterior wall. Sanle exterior decoration board substrate is fiber cement board, surface with all kinds superior weather resistance inorganic paint. It is with diversiform adornment effect, such as imitation wood grain, stone grain, brick grain and etc.

Installation

1. Wall horizontal vertical line positioning.
2.. Install the aluminum trim strip, put the structural adhesive on the back of sanle decoration panel( distance should be about 60cm) , install the vertical T-shape aluminum trim strip? then install the sanle decoration panel in sequence.
3. Install horizontal i-type aluminum trim strip, then install panel and vertical t-type aluminum trim strip. Note: for waterproof, structural glue is applied in the upward groove of horizontal aluminum trim strip, while structural glue is applied in the two sides of vertical t-type aluminum trim strip. Aluminum trim strip can be installed with self-tapping nails or air nails, spacing 30cm a nail.
4. Install the decoration board and aluminum trim strip in order from up and down or left and right sides, can not leave empty after filling in the middle, corner can use aluminous bag edge profile to close.
